My story so far.

As a Solicitor, I practised as an M&A and Corporate Tax lawyer in major international law firms in Johannesburg and London for several years before founding my own business in Munich in 2014 - with an initial focus on Legal Communication Skills Training and Coaching.

My business has grown and evolved steadily over the years through trusted and longstanding working relationships with law-firm and corporate clients like A&O Shearman, Baker McKenzie, Siemens and medac Group, as well as many individuals.

Having trained and coached countless lawyers, tax advisors, auditors and business leaders from across Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, I came to realise that many of the challenges they faced ran much deeper than their ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. This led me to further qualify as both a Rapid Transformational Coach® and Rapid Transformational Therapist®.

My specialised skill-set and experience, the powerful RT® Coaching and RT® Therapy tools and techniques I have, and my sharp intuitive and empathic ability, mean that I am uniquely placed to support professionals and business leaders in a truly meaningful way.
